In order to help avoid getting kicked and or banned from servers because your screen shots are all black, try these steps below. I have confirmed the the Rivatuner method works. Now DK has good screen shots.

Here are the steps to fix the problem.

1. Install the latest nVidia Driver:
http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

2. Install Rivatuner, Download here:
http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=163

3. Reset your ArmyOps.exe settings to default --> !!! Check out this movie:

4. Reboot PC

5. Open America's Army and check if it's fixed.

To check if ur PBSS's are black press "f8" in game and then locate ur americas army folder on ur
harddisk (c:\programfiles\americasarmy\).

Inside that folder look for a folder called "screenshots" inside that folder if the screenshots are black then use the method above or bellow to fix.

The Method bellow is the RegFix version.
(NB: does not allways work.)

1) click start - run
2) type 'regedit'
3) go to edit (find/search)

search for this exact file: _armyops.exe:D3DOGL_67207556

delete all entries of it.

Don't know who made it a sticky but thanks, if you look on the right Naudran you can also see under main menu, it says "Blank PBSS Fix". That will also take you to this post. On the home page its on the right.
